Child safety is very important to us, we strive to provide solutions to make blinds safer.
On all our new orders, we will provide safety devices for the cords and chains of blinds in order to ensure they are not dangling down hazardously.
As we are members of the British Blind and Shutter Association we have a wealth of information about how to make our blinds safe.
Key aspects of ensuring safety with cords and chains for blinds include; ensuring they are out of reach of children, having a safety device fitted that stops the cords and chain from hanging loose or chain-break connectors that mean the chain breaks apart when weight is applied and not placing furniture like sofa's or children's beds next to windows where there are blinds hanging.
