Designer & maker of handmade Curtains, Blinds & Soft Furnishings throughout East Sussex & the South East. Sara is a soft furnishing designer based between Uckfield and Heathfield in East Sussex. Having previously lived in Surrey, she has built up a large client base in Essex, Kent, Surrey and Sussex; a number of those customers have asked her to make curtains and blinds for their holiday homes either in the UK or abroad.
Whatever is required, Sara will offer honest, practical advice to help her customers make the right choices. With a true passion for fabric, each item is given the same thought and care when being prepared and finished by hand - a labour of love, no less! Although the majority of Sara's customers are home owners, she has undertaken a number of commercial projects with exactly the same careful attitude.

Sara was born and educated in West Sussex, but for the past fifteen years, has lived in the picturesque village of Waldron, on the outskirts of East Sussex.
She is married with three children, two (soon to be three) grandchildren, who she loves spending time with.
Her main interests are sewing, gardening, walking, travelling and sharing quality time with friends and family.
Sara was taught to sew by her Mother at a very young age and has sewn ever since.
The arrival of children enabled her to expand that interest; she enrolled on a City & Guilds soft furnishing course and hasn't looked back!

If a home visit is required a modest fee is charged based on the distance involved, but this amount is refunded against the first order.

They all look wonderful and when we closed them at night the curtains looked stunning, I'm like a cat that got the cream.
Even Bob has said how nice they look and he normally only says Yeah or ok and he is well impressed with the blind mechanism-typical eh! We, or should I say he, closed the blinds along with thecurtains last night something we don't normally do and as I said they looked stunning.
