We offer a made to measure service and our skilled team manufacture all of our made to measure products from our workshop. We offer made to measure net curtains, voiles, jardinieres and cafe net curtains. In addition, we are also able to customize ready made curtains and also manufacture made to measure curtains. We keep all of our manufacturing in our workshop, therefore we can ensure all of our products are of a very high standard before dispatch.

All parcels we dispatch are fully insured against loss or damage.
Don't panic if you miss your delivery, the courier company will simply leave a card and you can arrange a re-delivery when you are ready, completely free of charge.
Customers with parcels dispatched with Royal Mail have the option of collecting this from your local post office.
We email all our customers when the order has been dispatched and give a tracking number, so you will know when your goods will be arriving.

Although we try and take the best quality photographs and give you the option to zoom in on our products, we realise there is no substitute for seeing the actual fabric.
On each product page there is a "Free Sample Button" where you can easily add the samples to your shopping basket.
This service is completely free of charge and we will post up to 6 samples to any customer.

When measuring the width of your window for the net curtains /blind, you must measure the recess width.
We recommend you measure the width in 3 places and then write down the shortest measurement.
Measuring Tip: if you already have net curtains: we recommend you measure from the window sill to the top of the rod/wire and then add on 1cm.
So for example if it measures 115cm from your window sill to the top of the wire, we recommend you enter: Window Height 116cm.
Or if measuring in inches add 1/2 inch above the wire, so for example if it measures 45 inches from the window sill to the top of the wire enter: Window Height 45.5 inches.
