I hope I've remembered his name correctly (names seem to go in one ear and straight out of the other one these days) I certainly remember him and how very efficiently and quickly he did all the work and I also wanted to say what a very pleasant and helpful person he was.
I am delighted with the look of the shutters and they've been admired by my neighbours.
I especially like the wider Caf style shutters.
