I'm having to go down the "Review" route because I can't seem to make contact any other way. Hoping SOMEONE sees this ... Ringing the phone number just gets a recorded message saying they are 'on holiday' - with no indication of how long this lasts or when they will be back. The given email address is incomplete.
The fact remains that we placed quite a substantial order on 28th June; the money was taken on our credit card on 29th June, and we have yet to hear from the company either to confirm the order, or about a likely delivery date.
Luckily, I took a screen shot of the order confirmation, so I have an order number (183372), but although this claimed that an email has been sent, we have never received it.
What can we do about this, please ? Could someone please contact me ? [My 'poor' rating is because of the total lack of contact - should the order arrive eventually, and it is to our satisfaction, then I can amend that accordingly.]
