LTB Blinds & Curtains formerly known as Launceston, Tavistock & Bodmin Blinds was started by Paul Arscott in 1990 and was known as Launceston Window Blinds. In 1993, the business moved to the new manufacturing unit in Tinhay Industrial Estate in Lifton. Bodmin Blinds Showroom opened in 1995 followed by the opening of Tavistock Blinds Showroom in Paddon
